Customer Service Coordinator (Male / Female)

We are a leading NVOCC/ Freight Forwarding company, who have completed 18 years of excellence in the industry of Shipping & Logistics. We are looking for an energetic & competent personality to be a part of our organization for an extended period to fulfill our goal.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the customer service field is an essential requirement
• Thorough knowledge in MS Office package
• Enthusiastic personality with excellent written & oral communication skills in English language/ Sinhala language
