Senior Quantity Surveyor
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience:
- 10 years in pre/post-contract work on building projects.
- Advantage: Experience in mixed-use, high-rise projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP works, FIDIC, and local contract conditions.
Qualifications:
- BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying (University of Moratuwa).
- IQSSL Corporate Membership.
Skills & Expertise:
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Leadership & teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge & experience with BIM & Cost-X would be an added advantage.
Quantity Surveyors
