SALES CONSULTANT
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle solutions
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Participating in promotional campaigns and showroom events
- Support all functions of the sales process including coordination and follow-ups
- Assist in administrative and operational duties related to sales
- Representing the brand with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Sinhala and English; Tamil will be an added advantage
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and willing to multitask beyond direct sales duties
- Willingness to work weekends and after hours when required
- A strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Passionate about sales, customer service, and the automotive industry
