Assistant Manager – Utility and Projects

Our client is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager – Utility and Projects to manage factory utility operations and oversee project activities. The role ensures uninterrupted supply of key services—compressed air, cooling systems, solar, LPG, electricity, and water—while adhering to safety and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute planned maintenance of utility systems.
  • Ensure uninterrupted utility supply to meet production demands.
  • Comply with safety guidelines and company procedures.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring utility and project costs.
  • Manage project timelines and deliver within set budgets.
  • Track and report project progress effectively.
  • Maintain proper documentation of utility and project activities.
  • Propose improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Strong knowledge of both mechanical and electrical utility systems.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in utility operations and project management.
  • Experience in overseeing factory utilities and capital projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
