ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely renewal of licenses for company vehicles and machinery.
  • Monitor office premises through CCTV surveillance.
  • Procure office materials, including stationery and pantry supplies.
  • Oversee janitorial and security service operations.
  • Manage courier services and coordinate pest control activities.
  • Maintaining stock levels and handling the distribution of stationery, office equipment, and workplace supplies.
  • Coordinating the services and repairs of company vehicles.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A good track record of secondary education.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience handling a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possession of a motorcycle and a valid motorbike license is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.).
