Job Profile

• Continuously updating GRNs and GINs in SAP in real-time, ensuring all material receipts and issues are recorded accurately by end of each day.
• Verifying quantities, prices, material codes, and locations before SAP entries.
• Recording purchases via cash float in SAP using the same process for consistency.
• Maintaining accurate stock reports and performing random physical stock counts, reporting any discrepancies.
• Checking completeness of all supporting documents before forwarding for payments.
• Ensuring compliance with inventory control policies and procedures.
• Creating and updating material codes in the SAP Material Management module.

Personal Profile

• Prior experience in a stores, inventory control, or finance support role is preferred.
• A Diploma or an equivalent qualification in the relevant field such as AAT or Chartered Accountancy.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP is advantageous.
