ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER

Serendib Technologies Asia (Pvt) Ltd, is the pioneer in mobile and telecommunication industry and national distributor for Zigo, JBL, Sandisk and Joyroom. The Company is a market leader in this product range and endeavors to supply price competitive products.

The company is expanding its business operation in the field of Telecommunication Sector with a market leading Network Operator to run a showroom in the largest shopping complex in Sri Lanka.

The company is seeking young self-motivated individual who is having the knowledge and willing to learn and work in the field of Telecommunication to run its counter kiosks at the selected Phone Showrooms.

In a vastly expanding business environment we are currently seeking for highly motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our team to lead the business into its next phase. Selected candidates will be a part of a dynamic and a talented team of the mobile phone sector in the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY DELIVERABLES

• Understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviors of Mobile Industry business in Sri Lanka
• Benchmarking price positioning and formulation sales strategy to introduce and promote Serandib sole products
• Strong leadership and team working skills
• Ability to maintain a good relationship with Business partners.

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Sales & Marketing.
• Full or Part Professional Qualification in Marketing from a reputed Marketing Institute. (SLIM, CIM)
• Competency in presentation & communication
• A dynamic personality with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and proficient in planning and developing competitive sales strategies.
• Excellent sales negotiation skills.
• Deserving candidate will get leading industry remuneration package with other benefits.
