Job Description:
- Supervise production lines in order to meet the targets.
- Optimize manpower, machinery, and materials to improve production efficiency.
- Coordinate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Prepare daily and monthly production reports for management review.
- Maintain production records, batch reports, and daily output logs accurately.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in food production, preferably in seafood or canned food manufacturing.
- Experience in supervising production lines and managing factory floor operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexible to work in shifts and willing to work in a factory environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Management, Fisheries Science, or related field.
