Positions Available
HEAD CHEF
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all kitchen operations and culinary development
- Design innovative, seafood-focused menus with global influences
- Ensure consistency, hygiene, and cost efficiency
- Manage kitchen staff and supplier relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior kitchen role
- Strong background in seafood, Western cuisine, and South Asian flavors
- Leadership and team management skills
- Experience in boutique hotel or high-end restaurant settings preferred
SOUS CHEF
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Supervise prep and service
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience as Sous Chef or similar role
- Skilled in seafood and fusion cooking
- Strong organizational and communication skills
COMMIS CHEF
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with prep and cooking across all stations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Learn and grow under the guidance of experienced chefs
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential
- Passion for food, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Interest in seafood and fusion cuisine
