ASST. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and provide guidance to Junior HR Staff.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, handle payroll inputs, and ensure confidentiality.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training programs, and HR-related meetings.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and support disciplinary processes, coordinating with relevant external authorities when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, along with a professional qualification (e.g., PQHRM, CIPM, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer literacy and fluency in English.
  • Age between 30 to 45 years.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a proactive and responsible mindset.
