We are currently looking for experienced and passionate candidates for the following positions:

  • Sous Chef
  • Chef de Partie

Location: No. 11, Galle Face Court 02, Colombo 03

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes
  • Maintain food quality and presentation standards
  • Ensure proper hygiene and food safety procedures
  • Assist in stock control and inventory management
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
  • Support menu development and daily specials

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Passion for culinary excellence and attention to detail
