Civil Engineer

Requirements:

• BEng (Hons) Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution, or NDT/HNDE qualification or an equivalent diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 03 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Sound knowledge and experience in building construction.
• Experience in interior design and building maintenance will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Possession of a valid driving license.
• Age below 35 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate construction activities across branch locations.
• Supervise maintenance work at branch premises.
• Liaise with local authorities to obtain approvals for construction, renovations, and modifications.
• Prepare engineering drawings related to maintenance and repair works.
• Manage new construction projects, including buildings, roofing works, and related structures.
• Coordinate with consultants on large-scale construction projects.
