ASSISTANT MANAGER- WAREHOUSE

Join the Warehouse Team at Thilakma City, Mahabage

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Assistant Manager to support daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory control, dispatch, receiving, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and hands-on experience in retail warehouse management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily warehouse operations
  • Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate work schedules
  • Monitor inventory levels and stock movement
  • Ensure timely receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
  • Maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare stock and operational reports
  • Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams
  • Support implementation of warehouse procedures and improvements

Requirements:

  • Minimum [2–5] years of experience in warehouse or retail warehouse operations
  • Experience with inventory management systems and stock control
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and warehouse software
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
