HEAD CHEF

We are looking for an experienced and talented Head Chef to join our restaurant team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong teamwork and leadership skills
• Experience in:
  • Chinese Cuisine
  • Western Cuisine
  • Thai Cuisine
  • Seafood Cuisine
• International experience will be an added advantage
• Age: 30 – 45
• Languages:
  • English
  • Tamil

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for kitchen operations including menu planning, food costing, stock control, quality assurance, and maintaining hygiene standards
