DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - REAL ESTATE
We are looking for an experienced Development Manager to lead our land development operation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in real estate development or construction.
- Strong knowledge of project coordination and development processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee end to end real estate development projects from concept planning, approvals, and construction through to final project completion and handover.
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and site evaluations.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors for project execution.
- Monitor construction progress, project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage approvals, compliance requirements, and regulatory authority coordination.
- Support land acquisition, due diligence, negotiations, and documentation processes.
- Prepare project reports, forecasts, presentations, and management updates.
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budgets, and company standards.
- Resolve operational issues to improve project efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to support business growth.
