PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE - KTI

Kiddies & Toys International (KTI) is a trusted leader in the Baby, Mother Care, Toy, and Stationery markets. We proudly represent world-renowned brands such as Farlin, LEGO, Mattel, and Faber-Castell, along with our own in-house brands Kids Joy, PLEX, and LeEd.
We are looking for a result-oriented and detail-driven Procurement Executive to support our expanding operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in sourcing and procuring products for baby care, mother care, toy categories, and stationery.
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers and manage quotation cycles effectively.
- Support import and local procurement documentation processes.
- Coordinate closely with inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely product availability.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely stock availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers through effective communication and coordination.
Key Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or an equivalent qualification will be a definite advantage.
- Sound understanding of procurement processes and supply chain operations.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing operations.
- Experience in the baby care, FMCG & mother care industry will be a significant advantage.
- Previous exposure to stationery suppliers will be considered an added advantage.
- Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and reporting tools.
