Executive – Company Secretarial

Join our team as a Company Secretarial Executive and play a key role in supporting our clients with their corporate compliance and governance needs. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a diverse client base in a professional and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all company secretarial matters for client portfolios
  • Incorporate companies and attend to business registrations
  • Prepare and file statutory forms with the Registrar of Companies (ROC)
  • Maintain statutory registers and company records
  • Draft board resolutions, minutes, and shareholder documents
  • Ensure timely submission of annual returns and compliance filings
  • Advise clients on corporate governance and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and government institutions
  • Assist in due diligence and corporate restructuring assignments
  • Monitor changes in company law and update clients accordingly
  • Coordinate with internal audit, tax, and legal teams when required

Requirements:

  • Part qualification or full qualification in Company Secretarial practice (ICCSLK)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in an accounting firm is an added advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of Companies Act and corporate compliance requirements
  • Excellent drafting and documentation skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Good communication and client-handling skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with company secretarial software/databases is an advantage
