BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT MANAGER (MOBILE PROMOTIONS)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute mobile promotional campaigns.
- Build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Coordinate with dealers, promoters and field teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and achieve targets.
- Prepare reports and provide market feedback.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales promotion, field marketing or related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, result-oriented and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.
MODERN TRADE ASSISTANT MANAGER (SALES)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and develop sales in modern trade channels.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts.
- Negotiate, plan promotions and ensure shelf visibility.
- Achieve sales targets and monitor business performance.
- Prepare reports and provide insights on market trends.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in modern trade sales or key account management.
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to drive results.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis.
