Full Time
Educational Qualifications
- A Master’s Degree in Marketing / HR / Accounting or Finance.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in one of the Above-mentioned Disciplines.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 Years of Teaching Experience, particularly in delivering Postgraduate-Level Modules such as Marketing / HR / Accounting, or Finance with Research.
- Prior experience in handling HND, Top-Up, and Master’s Degree Programmes would be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated Experience in Research Supervision.
- A proven track record of teaching in HND, Top-Up, and Master’s Degree Programmes is essential.
Skills and Competencies
- Ideally under 40 Years of Age.
- Strong ability to develop, update, and deliver engaging Course Content aligned with current Academic Frameworks and Industry Trends.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to lead and support both Faculty and Students.
- A Collaborative Mindset and commitment to promoting a Student-Centered Learning Culture.
- Compulsory to work on Weekends, with two Weekdays off.
