Manager – Digital Transformation
This strategic new role is established to drive efficiency by eliminating manual processes, automating workflows, and pioneering our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) journey. Key Responsibilities
- Drive our enterprise-wide digital transformation roadmap
- Pioneer our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) journey and establish the Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Digital Transformation
- Drive Process Optimisation, Digital Workflows, IFS ERP (tasks), and Business Analysis
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, or Engineering
- Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in Digital Transformation, Process improvement or transformation roles
- Experience in IFS ERP, Lean Six Sigma
- Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering at least one end-to-end RPA implementation
Skills & Competencies
- Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)
- RPA certification (UiPath, AA, or Blue Prism)
- PMP / PRINCE2
- ITIL Foundation
