Senior Executive Management Accounting
The position reports directly to the Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis and is focused on supporting business performance through financial analysis, business partnering, and profitability management. The role combines accounting and business management skills and requires a candidate with strong analytical and logical thinking abilities to support strategic business decision-making through financial insights.
- Partner with the Marketing function and cross-functional teams to support commercial and strategic decision-making.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end management reporting, and performance reporting processes.
- Perform financial analysis relating to pricing and cost structures to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth and profitability improvement.
- Work closely with Financial and Management Accounting teams to ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely financial reporting processes.
Who We Want
- Fully qualified in CIMA (UK) / CMA Sri Lanka or a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Management Accounting, Costing, or Financial Analysis.
- Hands-on experience with ERP accounting systems and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to interpret financial data, prepare management reports, and support business decision-making through insights and analysis.
- Strong data-driven analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
