Senior Quantity Surveyor (Head Office)
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc degree in Quantity Surveying/ HND or Equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the Aluminum/Steel Fabrication or Interior Designing Field.
- Familiar with Ceiling, Cladding & Partition work quantity takeoff & calculations.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in preparing Quantity Calculations & Cost Estimations.
- Excellent analytical & mathematical skills towards Quantity Calculations & Cost Estimations.
- Ability to understand Detail and Analytical drawings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English with strong negotiation & communication skills.
- Positive attitude towards day to day works.
Project Coordinator Cum. Technical Officer
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced Diploma/Diploma/NCT/NDT/ HND or Equivalent qualifications related to Civil or QS Field.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Aluminum/Steel Fabrication or Interior Designing Field.
- Hands on Experience in Material Takeoff for Aluminum/Steel Fabrication and Interior works.
- Familiar with Ceiling, Cladding & Partition work Quantity Takeoff.
- Positive attitude towards day to day works.
- Fluent in English with strong negotiation & communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. (Mandatory).
- Excellent analytical & mathematical skills towards quantity Calculations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferably a Male Candidate with a valid driving license (Bike).
- Ability to travel Colombo area and suburbs for day to day site visits.
- Motor Bike and fuel will be provided by the company for site visits.
Preference will be given to applicants residing in close proximity to Gampaha, Biyagama, Kiribathgoda, Kadawaththa and Makola areas.
