ASSISTANT MANAGER – PROCUREMENT

Raigam Group, one of Sri Lanka's leading diversified business conglomerates, is looking for a dynamic, results-oriented, and highly motivated professional to join our Procurement Team as an Assistant Manager – Procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities to ensure timely sourcing of materials and services
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best commercial terms
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments
- Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and quality standards
- Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and market evaluations
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
