Yaden International is the Authorized Local Agent for over 30 International Manufacturers of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices representing more than 40 foreign manufactures from various countries.

Secretary to the Managing Director

Job Profile:

If you've spent the last few years managing clients, chasing timelines and staying on top of details, you're already equipped to thrive in business coordination. we're welcoming experienced professionals ready to apply their coordination, follow-up, and reporting skills in a structured environment focused on recruitment operations and business support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day scheduling, team coordination, and follow-ups
• Oversee client accounts by understanding their goals and aligning services accordingly.
• Coordinate executive search projects by tracking progress and maintaining documentation.
• Support service delivery by collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations.
• Draft, edit, and proofread documents such as contracts, reports, and search materials.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• A pleasant and professional demeanor when engaging with clients and team members
• Prior experience coordinating with external clients and suppliers is a plus
