Front Office Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage check-in and checkout procedures
- Handle reservations via phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms
- Answer guest inquiries and address concerns courteously and efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English (Sinhala required; Tamil an advantage)
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Confident personality with strong communication skills
