WE ARE HIRING CREW MEMBERS
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service to ensure a positive in-store experience.
- Maintain proper stock levels, organized displays, and overall store cleanliness.
- Accurately handle billing and transactions using POS systems.
- Support sales by promoting offers and assisting in achieving store targets.
- Ensure store safety, minimize stock loss, and report any concerns.
- Work collaboratively with the team for smooth daily operations.
- Perform all duties with punctuality, responsibility, and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Age between 18 – 30 years
- Previous experience in retail, F&B, or customer service is an advantage
- Good communication skills in Sinhala / Tamil (basic English is an added advantage)
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Preference will be given to candidates residing close to the store location
- Barista experience will be an added advantage
