QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Maritime Studies or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to crew management.
- Support senior crewing executives with administrative tasks.
- Communicate with crew members regarding scheduling and documentation.
