IT HELPDESK ENGINEER

Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries and requests for technical assistance
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
  • Monitor and manage helpdesk ticketing system
  • Provide timely and effective support to internal and external users
  • Document and track all issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to solve complex issues

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an IT Helpdesk Engineer or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
