Field Sales Officer

Job Summary:

The selected candidate will be attached to our Sales & Marketing Office located in Nawala and will mainly cover the Western Province while also travelling to other regions as and when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and market the company's hardware, tools, and aluminium-related product portfolio to dealers, distributors, customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support business growth and customer retention.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct regular market visits, customer follow-ups, and competitor monitoring activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order handling and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain proper sales documentation.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

  • G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification preferred.
  • School leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in hardware/tools selling will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
  • Male candidates with a valid motorcycle riding license are preferred.
  • Possession of a motorcycle is mandatory.
  • We seek energetic, result-oriented young individuals with strong customer handling skills, positive attitudes, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment.
