IT HELP DESK ANALYST- L1

Location: Remote

JOB SUMMARY

This is a full-time remote position for an Information Technology Help Desk Analyst. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical and help desk support, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless customer support. Daily tasks include managing support tickets, assisting clients with their inquiries, and collaborating with teams to resolve technical problems efficiently

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Experience in Customer Support and delivering excellent service
  • Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with IT systems, hardware, and software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
