Kitchen Steward
We have an exciting opportunity for a Kitchen Steward to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams. In this role, you will support the smooth operation of kitchen and food production areas by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization. Your contribution will be essential in ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained kitchen environment that supports the culinary team's daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste according to hygiene standards
- Support dishwashing and pot-washing operations efficiently
- Assist with basic cleaning in food preparation and storage areas
- Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times
- Support kitchen teams during service and peak operational periods
Skills & Experience:
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions accurately
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
- Prior experience in a hotel or commercial kitchen will be an advantage
