We are looking for dynamic and committed individuals to join our team as an Assistant Manager/ Marketing and Enrollment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university/ institution.
• A minimum of six years of work experience, including at least two years of managerial experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Driving marketing-to-enrollment performance to meet lead, conversion, and enrollment targets.
• Planning and executing marketing campaigns and events while ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.
• Managing digital platforms and campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and lead quality.
• Overseeing admissions, lead nurturing, and onboarding to ensure smooth student conversion.
• Maintaining and analyzing marketing and enrollment data for accurate reporting.
• Improving processes and reporting to support informed management decisions.
