WE'RE LOOKING FOR

STUDENT COUNSELLOR (KURUNAGALA)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle inquiries from customers and prospective students, providing accurate information and guidance on programmes.
• Manage and process student registrations efficiently.
• Follow up on inquiries received through the call center, social media, and other channels.
• Maintain up-to-date information on class schedules and payment structures for all programmes.
• Meet deadlines and achieve targets set by management.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Marketing or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institute/university.
• Fluency in English with strong computer literacy.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to acquiring new clients.
• Ability to work on a shift basis, including weekends.
