Shift Manager
Job Profile
- Responsible for managing daily outlet coordination and complete sales center operations
- Ensure that all customer complaints are acknowledged and complaints are handled appropriately
- Ensure to achieve the daily sales target by conducting shift briefings and drive sales
- Monitor individual productivity of CSR during the respective Shift
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 3-5 years as a customer service representative
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of call centre operations
- Proficiency in workforce management and scheduling
- Ability to handle and resolve escalated customer issues
