MANAGER - SALES ADMINISTRATION
We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Manager - Sales Administration. Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Oversee daily sales operations and field management, ensuring strict adherence to company policies, SOPs, and approved frameworks.
- Monitor field expenses, sponsorships, and promotional spends. Conduct random audits, manage tactical promotions, and ensure all documentation is submitted to Finance with accuracy and on time.
- Proactively resolve operational challenges through cross-functional coordination. Eliminate recurring issues, secure timely trade benefit approvals, and remove bottlenecks to maximize sales team productivity.
- Drive high customer satisfaction by monitoring order fulfilment and delivery efficiency. Analyze gaps between orders canvassed and delivered, and implement continuous improvements across the distribution network.
- Support DCP improvement by monitoring overdue balances and credit compliance. Conduct regular reviews with sales teams and the debt controller, and present performance updates to management.
- Ensure the integrity and timely availability of sales data. Leverage automation tools to develop dashboards and insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Identify skill gaps within the sales support teams and provide ongoing coaching and structured development to enhance individual and team performance.
PROFILE
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related business discipline from a recognized University.
- A professional qualification (MBA / CIMA) will be an advantage.
- Must have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Sales Administration, Commercial Operations, or Sales Support, preferably within an FMCG, beverage, or distribution environment.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong financial and business acumen, be self-confident with excellent interpersonal skills, and have the ability to lead and guide teams towards operational excellence.
