EXECUTIVE CHEF

Seethawaka Regency Hotel, proudly owned and managed by Wins Management (Pvt) Ltd, is moving towards an exciting milestone as the region's first five star hospitality destination.

We are reigning as a number one hotel in this region for past 12 years and we are expanding our property to a highest level in this year with luxury and contemporary initiative, our aim is to open this new project combine with our existing property as a pre-opening hotel and bring new era to this region.

Nestled in the historic and picturesque Seethawaka region, our hotel combines heritage, luxury, and world class hospitality.

As we prepare for our next phase of growth, we invite an exceptional and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations and shape unforgettable dining experiences.

The property offers 30 luxury rooms including a Presidential Suite, multiple dining venues, an exclusive bar, a specialty Chinese restaurant, a 24-hour coffee shop, three large-scale banquet facilities for up to 2000 guests, outdoor catering operations, and premium guest experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations across restaurants, banquets, coffee shop, and catering services
  • Design innovative menus and culinary concepts for local and international guests
  • Oversee food quality, presentation standards, hygiene, and consistency
  • Manage kitchen budgets, food cost control, and inventory systems
  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire high performing culinary teams
  • Drive creativity and elevate the hotel's culinary reputation
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hospitality standards
  • Support large scale banquet and outdoor catering operations

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 10–15 years of progressive culinary experience in reputed hotels or resorts
  • Proven experience as Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in luxury hospitality
  • Strong expertise in international cuisine, banquet operations, and menu engineering
  • Experience managing high volume events and catering operations
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Strong financial awareness and kitchen cost management capability
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Professional culinary qualifications will be an added advantage
