CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EXECUTIVE - VEHICLE DELIVERY

We are seeking a customer-oriented and proactive individual to oversee the final stage of the vehicle delivery process. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal departments, manage customer interactions, and ensure a smooth, professional, and memorable vehicle handover experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete vehicle delivery process from preparation to customer handover.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with internal departments including Sales and After Sales
  • Conduct vehicle handovers and explain vehicle features, functions, basic operations to customers and introduction to After Sales Advisor
  • Address customer inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records, documentation, and related reports.
  • Ensure all delivery procedures and company standards are followed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service; experience in the automotive will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid Sri Lankan Driving License
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
