SENIOR EXECUTIVE - PROCUREMENT & ADMINISTRATION

Responsibilities

  • Handle procurement processes including obtaining quotations, supplier coordination, purchase order preparation, and delivery follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing requirements and administrative support.
  • Assist in office administration, facility coordination, and asset management activities.
  • Support management in day-to-day operational and administrative activities.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or professional qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement and administration functions.
  • Experience in ISO 9001 quality management system procedures and documentation will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
