Showroom Supervisor
Locations: Kandy, Kollupitiya
As a Showroom Supervisor at Jeya Book Centre, you will be responsible for overseeing daily showroom operations, guiding the showroom team, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining smooth operational and sales processes.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the retail industry, including staff management and customer care.
- Hands-on experience in POS, billing, and inventory systems.
- Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, including email correspondence.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
