Salary: Negotiable (LKR 70,000 – 120,000 based on Performance) After 3 months training period
Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a Civil/Structural Engineer with 6 Months – 2 years of professional experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in steel, timber, and reinforced concrete (RC) design, and experience in technical report preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform structural analysis and design for steel, timber, and RC structures in compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Assist in preparing engineering reports, specifications, and design documentation.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and drafters in delivering high-quality design outputs.
- Ensure all work meets the company’s quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 6 Months – 2 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
- Knowledge of structural design standards (e.g., Eurocodes, ACI, BS codes).
- Proficient in structural analysis/design software such as Tekla Structures, Autodesk Revit, ETABS, and AutoCAD.
- Experience in preparing technical reports and structural calculations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
