ASSISTANT BAR MANAGER / BAR MANAGER

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Bar Manager / Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and elevate our beverage service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar and ensure smooth service
n
• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
n
• Develop creative beverage menus and promotional activities
n
• Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination
n
• Train, supervise, and motivate the team
n
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards
n

Requirements

n
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel industry
n
• Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, and bar operations
n
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
n
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts
n
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
n
• Knowledge of inventory systems and cost control practices will be an added advantage
n
