Business Development Executive / Assistant Manager
The Role
- Manage relationships with existing clients and suppliers.
- Create and develop new revenue channels through customer acquisition.
- Execute promotional and marketing activities to achieve targets.
- Support product activations and business expansion initiatives.
- Work with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
The Profile
- BSc in Business Management or SLIM/CIM qualifications.
- For Assistant Manager – Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate/business sales (IT solutions will be an added advantage).
- For Executive – 1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in handling events, client presentations, and product activations.
- Fluent in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage).
- Willingness to travel.
