Job Title:

LOADING AND UNLOADING SUPERVISOR

Job Role:

The job involves loading and unloading containers, confirming transportation schedules, and ensuring accuracy of order dispatch while maintaining relevant documents. Additionally, assigning tasks to workers based on schedules and overseeing loading/unloading are key responsibilities attached to this role.

Job Requirements:

• G.C.E Advanced Level qualification
• Experience as a loading-unloading supervisor or in a similar capacity would be an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams
• People Management skills and problem solving skills
• Team Orientation
• Experience in an agricultural environment is preferred
