Role Overview:
The Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities and increasing sales for Ankora through active prospecting, client meetings, software demonstrations, and continuous follow-up activities. The role manages the sales process from identifying potential customers through to securing conversions and achieving sales targets.
This is a field-oriented role and requires regular client visits, meetings, presentations, and networking activities. The role should not be limited to desk-based activities and requires active engagement with clients and prospects to drive business growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, social media, cold calling, and market research.
- Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients.
- Conduct software demonstrations and presentations.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and demo clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Develop a strong understanding of Ankora software and its features.
- Maintain and update sales leads and opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare and provide weekly and monthly sales updates to management.
- Attend meetings, networking events, and business development activities as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or related fields preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business activities.
