QUANTITY SURVEYOR CUM SITE OFFICER

Genesis, a Colombo-based design and build firm under Zion Holdings, is driven by young, energetic, and innovative designers with a modern approach. We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join our team for the following position.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prepare Bill of Quantities, rate breakdowns, subcontractor payment certificates and engineering estimates.
- Analyze architectural drawings to estimate materials, labor requirements and costs accurately.
- Provide instructions to workers and subcontractors, oversee measurements, and carry out technical tasks.
- Possess professional or academic qualifications in Quantity Surveying (NVQ Level 05 or equivalent).
- Have at least 2 years of experience in the construction industry with high accuracy in pre - and post - costing work.
- Proficient in MS Project and AutoCAD, with knowledge of market rates and tender processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently, take on responsibilities.
- Must have a valid driving license and own a motorbike.
