RECRUITMENT OFFICER (Male)
Club Tex Mark (Pvt) Ltd, a trusted manufacturer of high-quality intimate apparel, is seeking a skilled and passionate Recruitment Officer to manage and oversee the hiring process within our production facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment manufacturing recruitment and a genuine interest in identifying, attracting, and onboarding the right talent to support our growing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment process.
- Collaborate with department managers on hiring needs.
- Source candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Maintain recruitment records and talent pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Professional Qualification in HR, Business, or related field.
- Proven recruitment experience, preferably in the garment industry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in recruitment software.
