We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented general manager – bike sales to lead and expand our motorcycle sales operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive sales performance while ensuring excellent customer experience.

POSITION: GENERAL MANAGER - BIKE SALES

JOB PROFILE:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the bike sales team across branches/dealerships
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, corporate clients, and key stakeholders
  • Ensure effective inventory planning and stock management
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree or a professional qualification in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive/motorcycle industry
  • Proven experience in leading large sales teams and achieving targets
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Own vehicle required.
