Position:

Executive - Work Study

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing work steps to optimize efficiency and standardize operator timings
• Evaluating production constraints and balancing output across lines
• Identifying non-value-adding delays and reducing waste
• Monitor resource consumption, wastage, and rejects, and recommend improvements
• Evaluate worker performance and current practices for efficiency gains

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering, Physical Science or Post Graduate Qualification in Work study from a reputed university or a professional Institute.
• 2-3 years of experience in a productivity-focused work environment is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate findings effectively.
• Age below 30 years.
