WORK STATION RAJAGIRIYA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer inquiries related to import and export shipments
- Coordinate with internal teams, shipping lines, and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and manage documentation related to logistics and freight processes
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Prior experience in customer service or logistics industry will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities
- Computer literacy (MS Office and relevant systems)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
