Key Responsibilities
- Employee relations, staff concerns, conflict resolution, and workplace culture
- Recruitment, screening, interviews, hiring, and onboarding
- HR administration, records, attendance, leave, payroll support, and audit assistance
- Training, competency-gap identification, and performance support
- Policy implementation, labor-law support, and audit assistance
Requirements & Skills
- Male/Female | Age 35–45
- Bachelor's Degree in HRM or HND in HRM
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar HR position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Recruitment and interviewing ability
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Problem-solving, conflict management, and multitasking skills
- MS Office and ERP system experience
- ISO and Lean Management knowledge is an added advantage
